Tract I:
Tract I is located 19 miles east of Martin, South Dakota on Highway 18 & then 5 miles south on county road. The farm is located south of the Little White River.
This property has 960+/- acres with 766+/- of these acres being irrigated with 6 pivot systems. 146+/- dryland acres and 47+/- shelterbelts and headquarters. The property includes 6 T&L irrigation pivots. Each pivot has it’s own 3 phase electric pump, irrigation well, also every pivot has it’s own plastic fertilizer tank. A 50,000 bushel grain bin with aeration fans, there are also 2 hopper bottom grain bins. There are five 1700 gallon stainless steel fertilizer tanks with fertilizer pump and hoses. Also a domestic well with sewer and electricity for a home, is located at the headquarters.

This parcel consists of 278 +/- Dryland Deeded Acres:

21+/- Grassland Acres
227 +/-Acres of a potential irrigation development. This tract is permitted by the State of South Dakota to be developed for irrigation. The test holes are from 650 -800 gallons/minute irrigation wells.
Tract II is located 12 miles east of Martin, on Highway 18 & 5 miles south on the county road, just past the community of Tuthill. The Lacreek Tract is adjacent to the LaCreek National Wildlife. This ground is teeming with wildlife including, geese, ducks, deer, elk and small game. A great area to enjoy hunting and other outdoor activities.
Corn, alfalfa, soybeans, winterwheat, and potatoes are grown in this region of South Dakota.
Tract III
1440 Sq. Ft home, sitting on a spacious 2.1 acre parcel at Vetal, South Dakota.
This area of the state has a large underground aquifer for irrigation development. Also has deep black soil, which works very well for pivot irrigation.
