Tract I:

Tract I  is located 19 miles east of Martin, South Dakota on Highway 18 & then 5 miles south on county road. The farm is located south of the Little White River.

This property has 960+/-  acres with 766+/-  of these acres being irrigated with 6 pivot systems. 146+/- dryland acres and 47+/- shelterbelts and headquarters. The property includes 6 T&L irrigation pivots.  Each pivot has it’s own 3 phase electric pump, irrigation well, also every pivot has it’s own plastic fertilizer tank.  A 50,000 bushel grain bin with aeration fans, there are also 2 hopper bottom grain bins. This ground is teeming with wildlife including, geese, ducks, deer, elk and small game. A great area to enjoy hunting and other outdoor activities.

Corn, alfalfa, soybeans, winterwheat, and potatoes are grown in this region of South Dakota.
