My name is Connie R Williams, the associate broker/office manager with American Land Brokers.

My father was in the banking industry when I was a child, he then went on to develop large acreages allowing others to enjoy having a small acreage of their own. This cultivated in me, a love and understanding of the value of land and how important it is to be a good steward of what we have. My husband and I met Marvin in 1986 and have had a great relationship with he and his family.

I began my real estate career in 1999 earning my broker’s license and opening a branch office in Valentine NE. I later opened my own real estate office and became the broker/owner of Heartland Country Real Estate LLC.

Since moving to the Black Hills of South Dakota I have worked as a mortgage consultant, and was also certified as a HUD housing counselor, helping others to attain their goal of home ownership. I have owned several businesses and most recently managing rental property. I have had 20+ years in the real estate business and am taking all my past experience and expertise to come alongside American Land Brokers. I am excited to be a part of a great company, with exceptional ethics, working as the office manager to meet all your needs.

I will endeavor to help you to reach your real estate goals with truth, honesty, and integrity.

My #1 goal in life is to hear the words of our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ…. “Well done, my good and faithful servant” Matt 25:21… at the end of the day.
