A new Isuzu diesel engine (1688 hours) with a new self-priming pump was installed new in 2020 which pumps the water out of the canal and into the pipeline up to the dam on the farm.

The farm has irrigation rights and pumps water out of the Niobrara River into a dam located on the farm. The farm is irrigated by four valley irrigation pivots, three of which were installed in 2012 with new underground buried wire in conduit and the fourth was newly installed in 2021 with new buried underground wire in conduit.
